About Me

I’m a 36-year old Child Psychiatrist, who took a 6 – month sabbatical in 2022, to travel around the world. I was desperate for a break from the stresses and pressures of my job. 

I ended up travelling for 8 months…and quit that job! I visited 17 countries (11 new, and some old favourites), met some wonderful people, had the most amazing experiences and gained a new appreciation for life and this world that we live in.

I’m back in the U.K, and back at work, but I don’t want to forget all I learned.

I am hoping to live my life a little differently -intentionally, joyfully and with a greater sense of purpose.
